    Claude Ferret (born in Bordeaux March 11, 1907-1993) is a French architect and town planner. He was a pupil of Roger-Henri Expert and Gaston Redon and graduated as an architect in 1937. In 1942, he succeeded his father Pierre Ferret as workshop manager and director of studies at the school of architecture of Bordeaux.

    He is part of a line of architects, between his father, his son and his granddaughter. He is the son of Pierre Ferret, a Bordeaux architect and author of the Maison Frugès, the father of the Bordeaux architect Pierre Ferret and the grandfather of Venezia Ferret.

    Claude Ferret is the author of a large part of the reconstruction of Royan, between 1947 and 1964, since he combines the functions of architect and chief urban planner. Between 1950 and 1954, he built the Benauge fire station in Bordeaux in collaboration with Yves Salier and Adrien Courtois, and the Ecole Nationale Superieure d'Architecture et de Paysage de Bordeaux, France 1969-1973.
