Table Bisanzio des. Carlo Scarpa and Hiroyuki Toyoda for Simon 1973

Table originally designed by Carlo Scarpa for Simon in 1973 but never went into production. Following the death of Scarpa, the design was refined and finished by Hiroyuki Toyoda in conjunction with Dino Gavina in the early 80s. The top is made of wood and has been newly upholstered in fabric (as originally produced). It contains the makers mark on the underside of the table. The beauty of this table is its frame which is formed from tubular chromed steel and finished off with brushed brass ends.
