Presenze is an evidence of past lives. Presenze as ethereal, floating like ghosts. Presenze as absence and immaterial substance. With the Presenze collection, Nucleo has created decorative etherneal objects floating through space. A game of presence and absence, of lightness and weight, challenging the law of gravity. The balance is made even more precarious by the milkiness of the resin, permeable to light. Its a fascination for the transition, from liquid to solid, from past to presence. The cubes, 5 x 5 cm are casted in epoxy resin and together create the objects. They are assembled by hand, giving balance between body and space, where individual fragments develop its own intensity- capable of capturing light and gaze- which goes beyond their function in the context of composition.
