Eco Chair by Franca Stagi & Cesare Leonardi. In 1966, F. Stagi & C. Leonardi designed 3 new chairs- the Dondolo, Nastre & Eco. They were presented by the Bernini Co at the 8th Milan Furniture Fair in 1968. Their success was immediate and the chairs appeared in newspapers & International Magazines. The Eco chair is made from fibreglass and shaped like a shell. Its name Eco from the acoustic effect heard when sitting in it. This piece is a true collectors piece and incredibly rare.
